Pulpit Minister/Evangelist – North side church of Christ, Brooksville, FL – April 2007-January 31st 2009

  • Preached and Taught Adult, Young Adult, and Youth Classes Full-time.
  • Assisted recovering addicts through motivation, counseling and helping them find appropriate rehabilitation programs suited for their special needs.
  • Mentored disadvantaged youths  and guided them with scripture to develop character and job skills
  • Coordinated fellowships and general outreach for the congregation
  • Provided free Bible studies for the general public—Non Believers (Agnostics, Atheists) etc.

Associate Minister –Arkansas – September 2004-December 2006

  • Taught at 17 different congregations (in Arkansas, Memphis, and Mississippi)
    while attending Harding University
  • Preached at 3 congregations on a rotational schedule each month

Course Development

  • Developed basic classes to be taught at Theological Training Schools. Courses
    include: Youth Ministry / World Religion / Bible History and Wisdom Literature.

Mission Work and Lectures:

  • Bahamas and Puerto Rico-Preached at the yearly Caribbean Lectures.
  • Assisted with relief work in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina.
  •  Mission trip to Union Island (chain Island of St. Vincent).
  • Traveled to Grenada to teach at youth seminar.
  • St. Maarten for regional mission work.

Achievements

  • Helped plan and evangelize indigenous Carib-Indian reservation in Dominica.
  • Won inter-collegiate Spanish soccer tournament in Little Rock, AR
  • Assistant girls U-12 soccer coach for Brooksville raid team, Brooksville, FL
